Aztec Demon

In February ’82 Aztec Demon decided to split up temporary.
Apparently a problem developed in the group over gear, so the lads decided to part until everyone of them each had his own equipment.
Said drummer, Paul Berrill younger brother of the B.B. who is presently working with a band on the continent: “Each band member has three months to save and get his gear together because as a group all we do is spend, spend, spend”.

“And anyway it will also give us a chance to get new ideas because we all felt we were getting into a rut musically”.
Before they split Demon had a session at which they composed three new numbers.
Regarded by most gig goers as a very lively outfit the Aztec Demons had a great reputation musically on the local scene. I look forward to them reforming. Waterford News & Star
