Formation
All Cats Are Grey formed in 1981 by the McHugh brothers, they took their name from a track on the Cure’s third album “Faith”. Their sound was more like the Undertones than the Cure, upbeat pop songs. All the bands original songs were written by the McHugh brothers. Originally operating as a trio, they added Jimmy & Declan in 1982.
