Kissed Air were a New Wave band previously known as Known Authority. They recorded a Joy Division influenced demo tape, under the name KA. The tape was herd by Dave Wakeling of Go Feet Records who liked it enough that he contacted the band.

Kabubi Records

Another demo was recorded using the name Kissed Air. They then set up their own record label. Kabubi Records. Not only did they release 3 of the own singles but also singles by Microdisney, 5 Go Down To The Sea, Rueflex & Operating Theatre.
