Above The Thunder Clouds formed in 1983 by Joey & Gerry after The Spies disbanded. In September 1984 they expanded from a trio to a 5 piece band adding Alex & Darragh.
There are recordings out there of some of their tracks, “Judges Room”, “Windows Cars Houses”, Conversation”, “Cage”, Jack Frosts Winter Jacket”, “Fist Against The Glass”. Please get in touch if you have any of these tracks.
Joey Barry was later in Compulsion & The Amazing Colossal Men. Gerry Lenard was later in Hinterland.
