Pocket Money started out as a quartet, Darragh joined the band in 84, just before the single was recorded. The band write all their own material, they released a single in 1984 called High Livin’./We Ain’t Doing Wrong.

In January 1987 Robbie McGee joined the band on keyboards he was ex Lov Bug. Joe Carney on drums.

The single “Can’t Stop This Love” was first performed live at a charity gala hosted by Terry Wogan in London. All the proceeds from the single went to charity.
