“My memory is that Adam came into the Trinity Student Union bookshop in about February 1978. He was after a gig and I was the only Ents person there, so I spoke to him. He gave me a cassette, and I said that if it was good I’d try to get him a gig The gig was one of the lunchtime concerts which were held during Trinity Week in May. They took place as free gigs with local bands on Monday to Friday on the steps of the Moyne Building which was beside the Cricket Pavilion”.
