U2 embark on their first nationwide tour of Ireland, “Hot Press” adverts have this listed as “Tour De France”, but the promotional posters etc list it as the “Come Out To Play” tour. The tour coincides with the Irish CBS release of their new single “Another Day”. Although not part of this tour i have included the dates U2 played in Ireland in January & March.

This gig is cancelled, due to U2 staying in London for the Scence of Ireland concert at the Acklam Hall in London and to sign their contract with Island Records. The concert is reschedule for May, Polar Moon will be the support band.
