Greta Garbage & The Trashcans

Early 70’s Irish “Glam Rock” band, Greta Garbage & The Trashcans, all 3 members would later feature heavily in the Irish punk scene. All three were part of the early line up of the Radiators From Space, before Billy Morley left to form Revolver, he would later rejoin the Radiators, after they dropped the “From Space” part of their name. Stephen Averill was very influential in the career of U2 as well as being in the Modernaires, SM Corporation & today plays with The Trouble Pilgrims along with Pete Holidai. Although Greta never played live they did record “The Girl With The Luminous Brian”.
