Miniscus were founded when they all attended Carlow Reginal College together.

Pop In the Park

One of the first concerts they ever played was the Carlow “Pop In The Park” the first ever open air rock concert in Carlow. The event was hosted by RTE’s Dave Fanning, with a 10 hour recording session going to the band voted best on the day.
Also on the bill were Out Of Uniform, Darkest Star, Go Dutch, A Gregorian Chant & Tension.

Cooleycall Studio

Miniscus won the recording contract and recorded a 3 track demo at Cooleycall Studio Wexford. the 3 racks were Red Eyes, Tabletop Romance and Black Friday. All 3 tracks were band originals.
The bands 90 minute set is 100% original material with all the bands members chipping into the songs.
