In 1986 Regent Street toured Germany, Holland, Sweden & Demark

The bands biggest single was called “Cry from the Heart” which reached number 15 in the Irish charts. This single also got extensive airplay on the American station K104. Their debut single “The Last Ride Home” was voted single of the month (November ’84) by Tony O’Brien of Dublin’s Evening Herald.

The bands set is made up of 50% original material and covers of The Cars, The Police, Dire Straits & Chris Rea. Regent Street had Dublin residencies at the City Limits & Jonah’s
