U2 Return to North America, just over a year after their first visit. This time they we stay much longer not just player in the north east but the west coast as well.

The venue for this show is unknown. It could not have taken place at the Globe Theatre. This building was burnt down in 1978 and did not reopen until 1982.
The Backdoor Cafe at San Diego State University has also been suggested as a possible venue. While there are adverts in the local press advertising U2 playing this venue, the person that booked the bands for the backdoor turned U2 down as they wanted too much money.
